Welcome to our vision for Longmoor Village

Allison Homes is pleased to be bringing forward a Reserved Matters application to Bristol City Council for new homes in South Bristol, following the outline permission for the site being granted in 2023.

Our aim is to create a new high-quality neighbourhood that delivers up to 510 new homes – including 30% affordable – alongside new open spaces, improved connections, and landscaping that respects the site’s unique setting.

We want to work closely with current and future residents to ensure that our plans meet the needs of local people.
