Our aim is to create a new high-quality neighbourhood that delivers up to 510 new homes – including 30% affordable – alongside new open spaces, improved connections, and landscaping that respects the site’s unique setting.
We want to work closely with current and future residents to ensure that our plans meet the needs of local people.

We hosted an in-person drop-in event at the Ashton Vale Community Centre, Risdale Road, Ashton Vale, Bristol, BS3 2QY on Friday 19 September 2025.
